Metropolitan Abstracting Consultants, LLC was founded in 2008 by Debra Fleetwood and is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We specialize in title research needed for public or municipal projects for governmental agencies.

In its short history, the company has successfully completed title research on hundreds of properties all over the state of Indiana. Many of these projects were completed with very aggressive schedules. 

Metropolitan Abstracting Consultants is pre-qualified by INDOT in Work Type Code 12.2 title research and is a certified DBE in the state of Indiana as well as a certified WBE in the City of Indianapolis, IN.
